Remote Technical Support Specialist with German
The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients regarding hardware/ software or network problem diagnosis;
- Support and guide end-users and business partners regarding the company services
- Route problems to internal I.M. support staff.
- Use specialized software;

Job Requirements:
- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good English level (B1/B2 Level);

- 1+ years of Help Desk or Customer Service experience will bean advantage
