Work at Home Chat and E-mail Support with German and English
Main responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via phone, chat and email;
- Support end-users and business partners regarding the company services and products;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information according to the company's methodology;
- Focus on process improvement, identification and development.
