For our client, a leading company in BPO and contact center solutions, we are currently looking for a
Remote Customer Experience Associate with Dutch
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via telephone and email for the voucher services offered by the company;
- Provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage;
- Navigate the customers with inquiries about the website and its usages (registering, logging in, data change);
- Resolve issues around voucher orders and payments.

Requirements:
- Native, accent-free command of the Dutch language;
