Player Support with French and English (Non-Voice)
The main responsibilities are:
- Communicating with users regarding the company's products via email and chat;
- Inform players about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Collaborating closely with the risk and compliance departments of the company;
- Resolving daily cases related to user experience.
