Player Support Agent with Spanish
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to players via chat, email and sometimes phone;
- Manage different requests and suggest information about other products and services;
- Resolve and investigate various cases;
- Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (C1 level);
