Platform Support with German and English (Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria)
Main responsibilities:
- Providing general customer and technical support to clients via phone, email and chat regarding the various cases involving the platform;
- Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
- Maintaining and obtaining new knowledge about the platform.

- Advanced level of German and English (B2-C1);
