Online Chat and E-mail Consultant with Hebrew (Remote)
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries by phone and email.
- Provide customers with advice and information regarding clients' products and services.
- Understand customers' needs in order to deliver the best solution possible and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
