Our client is one of the fastest-growing manufacturing companies in the machine-building sector.
For them we are looking for a motivated specialist to hire in the role of:
Office Manager
Primary functions and tasks:
- Make inquiries
- Organizing and keeping track of incoming offers
- Issuing outgoing PO for materials and services and keeping a list of them.
- Ordering materials and consumables
- Keeping an archive and a list of all invoices, incoming offers. Keeping track of all purchases, proformas and orders
- Processing of invoices and sending them to accounting
- Preparing reports
- Receive orders from our partners and relay them to our subcontractors. Follow up with the orders and make sure that they arrive on time.
- Arrange for the delivery of all types of office supplies
- Organizing delivery notes
- Making inquiries for transport and arranging all types of related tasks
- Keep an archive of all CMRs in the server and a physical archive by year of the documents.
- Issuing of outgoing offers
- Processing of incoming PO
- Keeping an archive and a list of all invoices; outgoing offers.
- Preparing reports.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position – two year as a minimum
- Very good English – verbal, reading and writing
- Very good computer skills – MS office
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills
