Office Assistant - Part Time
The main responsibilities would include:
- Coordination of administrative and operational processes in the company;
- Communication by phone and e-mail with clients, partners and suppliers of the company;
- Welcoming clients and business partners in the office;
- Ordering office supplies and providing inventory control system.

Requirements:
- Fluent English - both written and verbal;
- Excellent command of MS Office;
