Non-voice Back office Representative with Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clientsexclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
- Keeping players informed aboutnew requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish (C1);
- Excellent level of English (B2);
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
