They are looking for a Non-voice Support Specialist with Spanish and English to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via chat and email;
- Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations to prevent potential risks for the company;
- Focusing on process improvement identification and development;

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written Spanish (B2/C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2/C1 Level);
- Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
