‍Non-voice Support Specialist with Portuguese and English

‍‍Main responsibilities:‍

• Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
• Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
• Working closely with internal company departments;
• Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

• Excellent level of Portuguese (B2);
• Excellent level of English (B2);
