Non-Voice Support Specialist with Dutch
Main responsibilities:
- Provide relevant inquiries resolutions via chat and email;
- Coordinate and build relationships with clients;
- Use Internal System to handle issues, work requests, and their management.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1);
- Proficient level of English (B2);
