Non-Voice Customer Assistant with Italian and English
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2);
