Non-Voice Application Support Specialist with Greek

Main responsibilities:

Providing helpful information and answering questions via chat and email;

Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to the users;

Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company.
