Junior B2B Technical Support Advisor with German (Fully Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing technical support of company employees via phone, email, and chat;
  • Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users from international companies ;
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, routers, Microsoft office package and other applications;
  • Troubleshooting email, VPN and other issues.
