Human Resources Business Partner
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company’s overarching business goals, ensuring contributions to organizational success.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and actively work to mitigate HR-related risks.
- Direct the planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization hires and retains the most suitable talent for all positions.
- Oversee the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Guide and facilitate organizational transformation projects, assisting team members in embracing new workflows and technological advancements.
- Cultivate a supportive and motivating work environment that enhances employee involvement and well-being.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
