Our partner is a global Sales and Customer Service company specializing in immigration solutions and they are looking for motivated specialists to join their international team in the following position:
HR Office Manager (Office Sofia)
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading in-person interviews;
- Handle contract preparation and administrative tasks;
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems;
- Manage social benefits, office supplies, invoices, and expense reports;
- Ensure compliance with daily health and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English – C1 level;
- At least 1 year of HR experience, including conducting interviews;
