Help Desk Specialist with French / German and English
Main responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software problem resolution via telephone and email;
- Maintain strong relationships with businesses and follow-up to ensure the problems are resolved;
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in French OR German (C1 level);
- Proficiency in English (B2 / C1 level);
- Experience as a Customer or Technical Support in an international company will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
