Main responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via phone, chat and email;
- Support end-users and business partners regarding the company services and products;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information according to the company's methodology;
- Focus on process improvement, identification and development.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written Romanian (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good skills with MS Office, VPN, and Outlook will be considered as an advantage.
