Experienced Chat and Email Support Specialist with English

Main responsibilities:‍

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions through various channels;
• Manage different requests and provide accurate information about products and services;
• Guide users through account creation, password recovery, and profile updates.

• Fluency English (C1);
