Entry-Level Chat and Email Specialist with Hungarian
Main responsibilities:
- Communication with users, regarding the services of the company by chat and email;
- Support with accounts management;
- Informing the users about upcoming bonuses and changes in regulations;
- Assistance with resolving daily cases, related to user experience.
