Our partner is a NEW company specializing in the outsourcing team. As their team is expanding, we are currently seeking motivated specialists to join their dynamic, multilingual team in the role of:
E-mail and Chat Consultant with English (Night Shifts)
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of sports betting options, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers;
- Supporting customers with a wide range of queries.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1);

- Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
