Customer Support Specialist with Romanian
(Full and Part time option)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the clients via chat/email and calls regarding the customer inquiries;
- Resolve and investigate various cases
- Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:
- Proficient level of Romanian (C1/C2 Level);
- Good command of English language (B1/B2 Level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Previous experience in customer or technical support would be considered as an advantage.
