Customer Support Consultant with English

Main responsibilities:
• Handle incoming contacts over phone, live chat, or email;
• Provide a fast, complete, and friendly answer aligned;
• Send out follow up communication for the customer when needed;
• Escalate customer’s enquiries to the correct internal teams, when needed;
• Be able to follow the company's guidelines;
• Excellent communication with local Team Lead to ensure constant feedback loop;
Job requirements:
• Excellent level of proficiency in English - written and spoken (B2/C1);
• Great communication skills;
• Previous experience in the outsourcing industry will be considered an advantage.
