Customer Support Agent with German / Dutch / Turkish or Finnish
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via various channels;
- Consult clients about the company’s products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.
