Customer Request Operator with French / German / Czech and English
Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries via phone and email;
- Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Maintain and update the company`s system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German / French / Czech (C1 level);
- Working level of English (B2 level);
- Previous experience on a similar position is not necessary but will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
