Our client is with experience and a customer-obsessed approach. We are currently looking for a new member of their new project for the position:
Customer Advisor with Czech or Hungarian and English (FULLY REMOTE)
Main Responsibilities:
- Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;
- Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement
- and execute solutions in line with local procedures;
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.

Job requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken Czech or Hungarian ( C1);
- Good command of English (at least level B2);
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial.
