Client Request Coordinator with German / French / Dutch / Czech OR Slovenian (4/6/8)

Main responsibilities:

  • Supports customers by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
  • Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account and payment information;
  • Help business clients reach a resolution to their problems via email or phone.
