Chat and Email Support with Italian/Greek/Polish or Hungarian and English
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
- Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Italian/Greek/Polish or Hungarian (C1);
- Good level of English;
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
