Chat and Email Support Specialist with English and Hungarian (Remote)
Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with any issues via tickets and chat;
- Identify frequent bugs and problems;
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Hungarian;
- Good command of English (B1-B2);
