Chat and Email Specialist with French or Italian (Entry-Level)
Main responsibilities:
- Communication with users, regarding the services of the company by chat and email;
- Support users in managing their accounts;
- Informing the users about upcoming bonuses and changes in regulations;
- Assistance with resolving daily cases.
