Chat and Email Customer Support with English and Czech or Slovak (Night Shifts)

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming live chat and email contacts;
  • Offer friendly and efficient assistance;
  • Proactively identify customer needs;
  • Resolve technical or service issues promptly.
