Chat and E-mail Support Assistance with Spanish and English
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
- Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1);
- Excellent level of English (B2);
