We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline. Business Development Representative with French or German


Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and activity metrics by converting high-volume cold calls into closed deals;
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM (Salesforce) with all prospect and customer interactions while ensuring timely and accurate sales forecasting;
  • Assess client needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and demonstrate strong product knowledge;
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and clients while analyzing competitor trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent level of German OR French (C1 Level);
  • Advanced level of English (B2 - C1 Level);
  • Excellent communication skills a reliable individual with a positive attitude;
  • Very good MS Office skills;
  • Digital or technical knowledge would be considered as strong advantage.
