Back Office VIP Account Manager with Czech

Main responsibilities:

‍

• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality;
• Providing written support in order to solve requests in a prompt manner;
• Use software to monitor content for certain words or image types, then make human judgments about the content;
• Ensure platform content posted adheres to the standards set.
