Back Office Specialist with Slovak or Czech
Main responsibilities:
· Be the point of contact for users of the platform via chatand email;
· Provide information about the services, promotions, and accounts;
· Assist with navigating around the website;
· Maintain the company's database.

Job requirements:
· Fluent in Slovak or Czech (C1 level);
· Working level of English (B2 level);
· Ability to work from an office in Sofia;
· Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a plus.
