Main responsibilities:
- Answer questions via phone, email and chat;
- Provide general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving;
- Help with website navigation, order tracking, payment, account settings and technical issues.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written German (B2 Level);
- Previous experience in customer assistant roles will be an advantage, but not necessary;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
