B2B Support Agent with French

‍

Main tasks:

  • Consulting current and new business clients via phone and email;
  • Offer technical assistance, related to the functionalities of the devices;
  • Collect, review, and analyze the clients' provided documents;
  • Maintainance and optimization of the processes.

‍
