For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in client services, we are looking for:
Client Support Specialist with Italian (4/6/8)
Main responsibilities:
- Supports customers by providing helpful information and answering questions only via email or chat;
- Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account and payment information;
- Maintaining the company`s database.
