Virtual Identity Verification Officer with German
Main responsibilities:
- Verify users' identity by checking their documents, such as passports and ID cards.
- Capture and store users' documents in the company's databases.
- Ask users a few simple questions according to the provided scripts to confirm their identity.
- Seek guidance and support from the team when needed to ensure a smooth adaptation process.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German (B2 level);
- Experience in a client service role (6+ months);
