Troubleshooting and Recovery Specialist with German (Fully remote)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate employees;
  • Perform level 1 Technical support of B2B customers in connection to resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft office package, and other applications;
  • Uninstall, and reinstall software applications;
  • Resolve username and password problems;
  • Assist with navigation around application menus;
  • Troubleshoot email, VPN and other issues;

  • Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
  • Good English level (B2 Level);
  • Have technical knowledge or understanding;
