Technical Support with German

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to clients and end-users in English and German via ticketing system, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex cases to senior support staff
• Log and manage support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
• Create and update documentation in English and German to assist users in resolving common issues independently
• Offer remote assistance to users and perform system troubleshooting as needed
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support position
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex issues efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
