Technical Support Agent with French and English

‍

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users/ network users, and troubleshooting;
• Handle, solve or escalate calls within guidelines;
• Assist in selection and evaluation of hardware and software.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English (C1).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail.
• Good active listening.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Teamwork skills.
• Customer and technical service skills.
