For our partner with an established position in their field with recognizable brands, we are looking for a candidate with experience in human resources with function as a Talent Development Specialist.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by designing,implementing, and managing comprehensive talent development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to identify development needs,create tailored solutions, and measure the impact of your programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic talent development plan aligned with the company’s business objectives;
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities;
- Design and deliver engaging training programs online, and blended learning formats;
- Analyze employee development needs and create training content;
- Provide operational support on HR systems and processes;
- Collaborate with HR Manager and the whole HR Team to drive talent management initiatives;
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and development initiatives;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent development.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources especially in talent development;
- English on a C level is a must;
- Knowledge of Software in HR management tools/ systems (SAP, Success Factors);
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
- Analytical thinking and self-driven personality.
