System Analyst with German.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous technical support to clients and end-users via phone, email, or chat in both English and German languages
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, answer inquiries, and assist with hardware and software-related issues, escalating complex cases to senior support staff when needed
• Utilize a ticketing system to log, track, and manage support requests, ensuring all issues are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides in both English and German to empower users to troubleshoot common issues independently
• Provide remote assistance by accessing and troubleshooting client systems or guiding users through issue resolution
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high-quality support services and adherence to company standards
• Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for continuous improvement within the support process
• Collaborate with senior support specialists, colleagues, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to the improvement of support processes

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in Technical Support position
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex issues efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
