Product Support Excellence with German (Oil and Gas industry)

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide information on company oil and gas products and on their application;
• Provide information on the Used Oil Analysis system and similar systems;
• Work with specialized software.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the co-located Engineers and Field Engineers/Sales.

• Have excellent verbal and written German (B2/C1 Level);
• Very good English level (B2 level);
• Previous experience in customer or technical support will be considered as an advantage;
• Background in Mechanical, Chemical, Petrochemical or Engineering would be considered as an advantage.
