Planning and Performance Specialist with German

Main responsibilities:

· Execute tasks promptly for efficient service delivery, proactively address and resolve open issues.

· Ensure adherence to process standards and procedures, maintaining high-quality documentation.

· Collaborate with team and Finance stakeholders for timely performance data and report delivery.

· Identify and recommend process improvements for increased efficiency and update standards.

· Maintain and govern standard reports, prepare dashboards, and ensure accuracy of KPI reporting and project data.

Job requirements:

· Native level of German language;

· Excellent English level;

· 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting or Controlling function Previous experience on a similar role;

· Good Finance knowledge, understanding of Reporting and KPIs/Performance Management
