Our client is a leading international GameTech company and one of the fastest-growing in the world, with operations in 14 markets. We are currently seeking an experienced and responsible professional to fill the position of Marketing Executive.

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting and implementing the marketing strategy and positively promoting one of their main brand in Bulgaria.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Country Manager, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be passionate about the "art" of marketing. They will also be proactive in bringing ideas and efficient strategies to the marketing team and when engaging with all departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, brief, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns;
• Maintain brand visibility across various media platforms;
• Drive innovation and devise strategies to enhance brand awareness;
• Communicate regularly with media partners, agencies, and creative teams to ensure campaign execution, including collecting and disseminating creative materials;
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as CRM, product teams, and trading to identify opportunities for enhancing player value and promoting relevant offers and features to the target audience;
• Plan and conduct market and competitor analysis;
• Handle invoicing tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in Marketing or relevant field;
• Strong project management skills;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Demonstrates self-awareness, authenticity, and results orientation, with the ability to pursue short-, medium-, and long-term goals while effectively managing multiple agendas and tasks;
• Experience with media planning and reporting across ATL and BTL channels: TV, Digital (including Social Media and Performance Marketing), Radio, OOH, and Event Advertising;
• Proven track record in crafting inspiring and innovative creative and media briefs;
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Bulgarian and English;
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva;
• Strong organizational skills, capable of maintaining an overarching view of projects while ensuring the timely completion of critical milestones;
• Demonstrates innovation and creativity in problem-solving and ideation.
