IT Help Desk with Polish

Main responsibilities:

• Providing general technical support to business clients via phone, email and chat regarding the various cases involving different type of equipment;
• Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
• Maintaining technical expertise in supported software and hardware.
